Co-founder of Airbnb, Joseph Gebbia, joined Tesla’s board of directors

Tesla Inc announced that Joseph Gebbia, co-founder of Airbnb, joined the electric car producer’s board of directors.

Gebbia is a well-known American designer, Internet entrepreneur, and a billionaire. He joins Tesla after his announcement this summer that he would take a role of Airbnb’s consultant and refuse his permanent position in the company.

Also, according to the Tesla’s announcement, Gebbia has rejected all of his rights to a financial compensation and stock-based rewards until July next year.
