Go long on NVIDIA stock up to $243

NVIDIA shares are now dancing near $215, having declined more than 11% from their October peaks. Despite this correction, the fundamental picture remains robust. Persistent demand for artificial intelligence (AI) equipment creates the conditions for a recovery over the coming month.

In the second quarter (Q2) of financial 2027, NVIDIA’s revenue increased by 106% annually, reaching $96.2 billion. Sales of data center equipment rose by 117% to $89 billion, while the gross margin stood at 75%. Pretty impressive results, and that’s not all: production of the Vera Rubin computing platform, designed for next-generation AI systems, has recently been expanded.

What should investors watch in the near term? The publication of quarterly earnings on November 17. NVIDIA management forecasts revenue of around $108 billion and a gross margin of roughly 74%. Investors, in turn, will focus on shipments of new accelerators, business profitability, and future demand. If the report comes in above expectations, it could serve as a catalyst for a recovery.

Sentiment in the US stock market is now largely shaped by the results of major tech companies. The ongoing corporate earnings season confirms significant investments in AI infrastructure—a favorable environment for semiconductor manufacturers. Regardless of concerns about the return on large-scale capital expenditures, sustained demand for computing power is likely to maintain investor interest in the stock and drive its price higher.

The final recommendation:

— Buy NVIDIA shares at the current price of $215, targeting $243 within two weeks.

— To control risks, place a Stop Loss order at $210 if the market moves against us.
