The next two days might create a considerable surge in volatility in the stock market. Primarily - in the US.
Today is the reporting day for leading tech companies which constitute almost 25% of S&P500: Apple (APPL), Microsoft (MSFT), Alphabet (GOOGL), Amazon.com (AMZN), and Facebook (FB). What to expect from their reports and, more importantly, how the market will react remains difficult to predict.
Also, another FED meeting is taking place tomorrow. What their release will be and what comments its representatives will leave is also impossible to forecast. But what is known for sure is that there will be growth in volatility on the market which means that a more cautious approach to risk management will be required.
