UTXO-HD update and partnership with Argentina to support ADA token prices – ETHNews

The Cardano blockchain platform announced the release of Node v.10.4.1 update, which features a ready-to-use version of UTXO-HD (Unspent Transaction Output – High Density). 

The update improves the transaction processing system, making the blockchain more optimized and faster due to lower memory requirements for network nodes. This allows less powerful devices to be used as nodes, increasing the decentralization of the platform.

Meanwhile, Cardano is increasing presence in Argentina, making its way to the official level. Last year, Cardano Foundation partnered with Entre Rios, one of the country's provinces. The agreement aims to explore the use of blockchain technology for the region's public services and infrastructure.

As noted by ETHNews, the event proved that the Cardano blockchain technology can be integrated into the legal system for practical use.

Against this background, the ADA token is showing positive dynamics, trading around the $0.75 mark. According to experts of the news platform, the token has the potential to grow above $0.82.
