Carlos Hernandez, serving as chairman of investment and corporate banking, is expected to retire at the end of the first quarter of 2023. This was reported by U.S. financial conglomerate JPMorgan Chase & Co on Monday.
Hernandez is considered a company’s veteran at the age of 61. His experience at JPMorgan amounts to 36 years. The areas, including treasury services, global equity business, along with investor services have been developed under his guidance.
Hernandez will partner with Jim Casey and Viswas Raghavan, acting as co-CEOs of the investment banking division. That would guarantee a smooth leadership transition.
