Telecommunications company AT&T Inc is in talks to form a joint venture that will invest billions of dollars to expand its fiber network, Bloomberg News reported.
According to the report, AT&T is working with Morgan Stanley to bring an infrastructure partner to the venture, which is expected to be valued at $10-15 billion.
Discussions with investors are at an early stage and could still fall apart, according to Bloomberg News. The news agency also says that AT&T may find a partner both this year and later in 2023.
