Crypto influencer Amelie has revealed that Indian banks have begun piloting private ledger tests utilizing XRP. The news came out during India's fintech festival, where central bank digital currencies (CBDCs) emerged as a key discussion topic among policymakers.

Indian financial leaders developing the digital rupee have confirmed they're exploring XRP's blockchain technology through their partnership with Ripple. Highlighting the project's importance, they're now consulting smaller nations on CBDCs implementation.

While regulators have yet to make any formal announcements, development of blockchain-based solutions continues, pointing to the country's commitment to innovative financial technologies.
