BCA Research strategists forecast short-term dollar rebound

Although BCA Research analysts anticipate a near-term dollar recovery, they maintain cautious long-term expectations due to potential payment imbalances and waning US economic exceptionalism. 

The firm's strategists, led by Chester Ntonifor, advise investors with a 3–6 month horizon to consider long dollar positions based on tactical indicators, while recommending those with longer-term outlooks to use any dollar strength as an opportunity to reduce exposure.

Concurrently, BCA suggests opening short positions on the British pound at current levels, noting the currency's overbought condition. Technical analysis suggests sterling may be poised for a correction following its recent advance.
