Boeing and China Airlines closed the deal for 4,6 billion dollars

China Airlines purchased 16 Boeing 787 Dreamliner airplanes and reserved them eight months after the announcement of the preliminary agreement. 

The supply agreement for aerotechnics was announced last month several weeks after the speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives Nancy Pelosi had visited the capital of Taiwan. 

The order amount is 4,6 billion dollars at factory prices. Such discounts are provided very often. 

Currently, the overall order amounts to 22 Boeing airplanes, including six freighters 777.
