Central bank of Australia slows the rate hikes

The Reserve Bank of Australia increased the key interest rate only by 25 points. It is a nine-year high of 2.60%.

After the policy meeting, the bank's management said that for now, it will slow down the movement because the rate has already risen strongly in a short period.

It is the sixth increase since May when the key interest rate rose by 250 points.
