BlackRock’s Ben Powell highlighted that the global economy is shifting into a new phase, a transition hastened by US President Donald Trump’s trade policies.

Meanwhile, Beijing urged other nations to avoid entering agreements with the United States that could harm China's interests. Chinese leadership emphasized the risks to the global economy posed by escalating tensions between the world's two largest economies. Japan’s Prime Minister Shigeru Ishiba pushed back against US tariff demands in a Monday statement, the agency reported.
